DreamHost banned me

One fine day I got an email from DreamHost stating that they have banned me. This means all my domains are now not working. They stopped all http and ftp services. Thankfully my mails are working. They banned me because one of the users of my domains was doing spamming, screen-scraping and black-hat seo. They didnot tell me which a/c was doingthis crime.
Now I am with HostGator. Their interface sucks. It was great to be with DreamHost. Now I am looking at some cheaper RoR host. If you know one please let me know.
